Refunds Before Fabric & Colour Confirmation

We offer a full refund on custom garment orders prior to final confirmation of your fabric and colour selections. You will receive an email outlining your fabric choices, colours, and final specifications for approval.

If you choose to cancel your order before confirming these details via email, you will be issued a full refund, and your order will not proceed to production.

No Refund After Order Confirmation

Once you have confirmed your fabric and colour selection by email, your order is considered final, and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted. At this point, materials are ordered, and production begins based on your unique specifications.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind after confirmation

Sizing or fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, customs, or natural events)

Dislike of the final product due to subjective preference once materials have been approved

Alterations

If you experience any fit issues upon receiving your garment, we are happy to recommend local alteration services. We do not cover alteration costs unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to delivery.

You waive the right to dispute or reverse payment on the basis of dissatisfaction after production has begun
