SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently only shipping across Canada with our website. See below the directive for international shipping.

 

Free standard shipping on order over $100 or more before taxes. If you wish to use our express shipping, it must be selected during your checkout. Additional fees will apply.

 

  • Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): $10-25 depending of the weight of your package

  • Express Delivery (2-3 business days): we do not have express delivery option on our site right now, but if you need a fast delivery contact us. We will do our absolute best to ship your order the fastest possible way.

 

While we try to ship your order as fast as possible, we sometimes encounter problems.

Please understand that all of our product is made to order 6-10 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will confirm by email with a tracking number if possible.

 

The delivery can be made at a residential address, an office or the address of your choice. However, it should be noted that PO boxes are not eligible for delivery,

 

We use many different shipping provider such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and Canada Post. We always try to use the fast and cheapest way to ship your order. Shipment of orders is however mostly provided by Canada Post and is performed across Canada. In case of you absence, the shipper will leave instructions at your door. You must make sure to follow the instructions and retrieving your package on time, otherwise is will be returned to us.

 

If you are not a resident Canada, you can stills order our products. For now, you cannot process international shipping through our website. However, we invite you to communicate with us by email and we will make arrangements, if possible.

PAYMENTS & RETURN POLICY

Payment can be issued through our website with a valid credit card. We also offer the option of paying through PayPal services. If you are not a resident Canada, you can stills order our products. For now, you cannot process international payments through our website. However, we invite you to communicate with us by email and we will make arrangements, if possible.

Taxes applied to your order meet the applicable rates in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws, depending on the shipping address associated with your order. If applicable, taxes will be applied to shipping and handling fees.

 

If you return an item for refund, the taxes you paid for this item will be reimbursed. However, you will not be reimbursed for taxes paid on the shipping and handling fees of this product, as these charges are not refundable once the package is mailed. Moreover, all of the customized items are not refundable, because they have been customized to your liking. 

 

If you have any questions about the taxes being charged for on your invoice, please send us an email.

 

Items purchased online can be exchanged or returned within fifteen (15) days following the date of reception of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Certain products are not refundable once the seal on the sipping box has been open. Shipping and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. To proceed with your return or exchange request, you simply  have to send us an e-mail including the reason of the return or exchange and the original online transaction number. We will then email you a prepaid shipping label and the procedures to finalize your return or exchange.

 

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days or refunded within fifteen (15) days following the date of reception of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, not washed, not worn, not altered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Emmane B design will pay the shipping costs for the return of a defective product. The new item will be returned without shipping and handling charges.

 

Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) or more is considered a final sale. As a result, we do not accept returns on these items. In addition, no price adjustment shall be granted for a purchase online.

 

In the event of an error on the product(s) such as wrong style, colour and/or size, we will accept the return and we will assume the cost of returning the reduced item(s). We will cover the shipping cost for returns in Canada.

 

Please note that only items purchased from this site are applicable to this return policy. If you purchased a  Emmane B design item from a retailer other than emmanebdesign.com, please contact this retailer directly.
